All available games are shipped the day of purchase or the next business day. Pre-ordered games will be shipped when available.

If a game is not available, we invite you to join the waitlist by clicking “Add to waitlist.” You will be notified by email when the next game arrives.

If you would like to purchase a game that is not on our website, please contact us (link to the contact us page) to let us know.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

Delivery costs are $9.99 throughout Quebec and Ontario and $19.99 for the rest of Canada accept for YT, NWT, NU where they are set to $24.99. Delivery is free for orders over $100 in Quebec and Ontario and $150 for the rest of Canada accept for YT, NWT, NU it’s free over $200. This option will be available as soon as the pre-tax amount is reached or exceeded.

We do not currently deliver outside of Canada.

Delivery times for Quebec are one (1) business day in the Montreal area, and 1 to 3 business days outside of the metropolitan area, from the shipping date.

Delivery times are 2 to 4 business days for Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, 3 to 4 business days for Manitoba and Prince Edward Island, 4 to 6 business days for Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and British Columbia, and 7 to 14 business days for the rest of Canada, from the date of shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused games still in their original packaging (plastic wrap included) within 30 days of purchase (the shipping date being the proof). We promise to refund the full amount of the game, including taxes, but excluding shipping costs if your order was less than $75.

Randolph reserves the right to retain up to 40% of the total value of the game as an administration fee if it is opened and/or used.

To return an online purchase:

– Randolph will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the game in its original condition;

– It is possible to return a game to a Randolph store;

– For a defective game or a missing part, please contact us at sav@randolph.ca;

– Randolph reserves the right to reclaim any Randollars issued during a purchase. If the customer no longer has Randollars or no longer has a Randollars account, the Randollars amount will be deducted from the refunded amount;

– The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase;

To return a purchase made in-store:

– The return must be made to the same location as the purchase, preferably accompanied by the paper or electronic receipt;

– It is possible to return by mail; contact us at sav@randolph.ca to obtain a prepaid return label;

– For a defective game or a missing part, please contact us at sav@randolph.ca;

– Used game sales are non-refundable;

– Randolph reserves the right to reclaim the Randollars issued for a purchase. If the customer no longer has Randollars or no longer has a Randollars account, the Randollars amount will be deducted from the refunded amount;

– The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase;
